By signing up to LottoDough you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. LottoDough reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to LottoDough is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

Winnings will be paid within 3 business days. Limit of $100 cash prize redemption per month per player.

If you decide to refer other people to LottoDough, you will receive 15% of your referral's winnings.

We have no torrents of SPAM as a method of promoting your LottoDough referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join LottoDough in the future.

Members must only have one account on our system. If member is found to have abused our program by signing up more than once, all their accounts will be terminated and forfeited. Offending member will not be eligible to join in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

All personal information is stored in the LottoDough database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give LottoDough permission to send you newsletters regarding our program and sponsor-type mailings.

If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join LottoDough. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
